Dustin is a life-long resident of Lebanon, Virginia. Growing up in the Elk Garden area of Russell County, Dustin greatly values the natural beauty and unique way of life that we embrace here in Southwest Virginia. This is truly a great place to live, work, and play.
Dustin graduated cum laude from Southwest Virginia Community College in 2014 with Associate degrees in science, education, and general studies and is completing his capstone portfolio for a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University. He started in real estate as Stuart & Associates’ Director of Marketing in May 2015. He then attended Moseley Real Estate School, sat for the national and state real estate examinations, and became licensed in 2016. He is experienced in many different fields of real estate, including, residential sales & leasing, commercial sales and leasing, property management, real estate marketing & promotion, and comparative market analysis. Dustin is also a Notary Public and offers travel notary services.
One of Dustin’s favorite parts of his job as a Realtor is working with entrepreneurs and small business owners to find the right space to open or expand their business. There ARE great business opportunities in Lebanon and Russell County, but it takes dedicated, innovative, and enthusiastic businesswomen and men to seize them. And Dustin says they are some of the most inspiring and fun clients to work with. Dustin has helped more than seven commercial clients open or expand their storefront in Lebanon and is eager to share his knowledge and experience with future entrepreneurs.
Dustin is fiercely supportive of our community and stays involved through many different service organizations and public committees. He is a former member of the Russell County Planning Commission and the Lebanon Downtown Revitalization Project Management Team, which aims to attract new business into the historic properties of downtown Lebanon. He is a Past President of the Russell County Rotary and was appointed in 2020 to serve as the Area Governor for Russell & Tazewell Counties in Rotary District 7570. He is the Secretary of the Russell County Prevention Coalition, a non-profit substance abuse prevention organization. He is the President of the Russell County Health Coalition and organizer for their Farm to Table Dinner, held annually on Main Street in downtown Lebanon to showcase local farmers and producers.

Protecting the pristine beauty and environmental health of SWVA is another priority for Dustin; he has held the Real Estate Development seat on the Board since 2016 and currently serves as Chair of the Upper Tennessee River Roundtable, a non-profit organization with an overall interest in improving water quality in the watershed incorporating SWVA. Dustin previously has served as Vice Chair and Treasurer also. |
Empowering area youth and the next generation of leaders is very important to Dustin, and he enjoys mentoring students, serving as the Lebanon High School Academic Team Coach, the Honaker High School Rotary Interact Club advisor, and a member of the People Incorporated Project Discovery Advisory Board. He also works with students from across Russell County to plan community service projects, raise awareness of regional drug abuse prevention strategies, and promote positive lifestyle choices.
