COVID-19 Update
Our office is open, and we are eager to work with buyers and sellers as spring approaches and new properties come onto the market. We do want to announce, though, that we will be taking extra precautions to keep our agents, employees, and clients safe during the COVID-19 situation, based on recommendations from local, state, and federal health agencies. We will be slightly scaling back office hours and encouraging our clients and anyone interested in viewing or listing property to call our agents on their cell phones directly to schedule appointments, rather than coming into our office.
We will be sending information to our clients who have their properties listed with us on how to reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the coronavirus in the home. We acknowledge that sellers may be concerned about allowing showings during this time and ask that buyers be understanding and patient if appointments cannot be made quickly.
Our tenants can always contact their property managers for specific questions or issues related to their rental.
Stuart & Associates has always been community-minded, and we are concerned about the impact of this situation in our area, for seniors and others at higher risk, students now off from school, and the local economy. We invite anyone in need of assistance to reach out to us, and we will do our best to help or direct you to the appropriate resource.
View listings on our website or call us at (276) 889-0120 with any questions. View the Virginia Department of Health’s COVID-19 page for the latest news and recommendations at http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/surveillance-and-investigation/novel-coronavirus/
Thanks, and stay safe.
